Production software,
fast.
We build real products — not prototypes. Engineers who've shipped across every platform, delivering hand-crafted, production-grade code on compressed timelines.
Native desktop, web, mobile, VR/XR, data-viz, and bespoke software for custom hardware. We also stabilize and extend tangled legacy stacks and rescue stalled projects.
Interfaces for the next decade.
Samples from some of our software projects — real live working software, real data. Not mockups. We combine unbelievably fast backend performance with innovative, modern, and intuitively usable frontend interfaces to create software that works well and is pleasant to use.
Security by design.
We integrate security at every layer — not as a checklist, but as an architecture principle. Our practices align with the OWASP Top 10 (2025) (external site, opens in a new tab).
OWASP Top 10 (2025) — What we prevent
Privacy by Design
We apply all seven foundational principles from Ann Cavoukian's Privacy by Design framework: proactive not reactive, privacy as the default, embedded into architecture, full functionality (not zero-sum), end-to-end security, visibility and transparency, and respect for user privacy.
Data minimisation is enforced at the schema level — we only model what's necessary. Retention limits are encoded in the data layer, not left to manual cleanup.
Your data, protected.

Who we are & where we operate
0101 Technology LLC ("we", "us") is a software engineering studio. We are based in the United States and our site is currently offered in the US and Canada. Information you send us, including from Canada, is processed in the US.
Privacy questions and requests: privacy@0101technology.com.
What we collect & why
We collect only what is necessary to perform the services you request: name, email address, organisation, and project details you voluntarily submit via the contact form. We collect no tracking cookies, no fingerprinting data, and no behavioural telemetry. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so loading this site does not send your information to third-party content networks.
Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6): Processing is based on (a) your consent when you submit the form, (b) performance of a contract when we engage with your project, and (c) our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who processes your data
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract, in these categories:
- Hosting — servers and infrastructure that run this site and receive contact-form submissions.
- Email — delivery and storage of messages you send us and our replies.
- Accounting and invoicing — billing records for clients.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
AI and automated processing
Contact-form submissions and client data are not used to train AI models. Where we use AI tools to process information, that processing runs on our own infrastructure or under provider terms that prohibit training on, and retention of, your data.
We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Retention, transfers & security
Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Client and financial records are retained for 7 years.
Because we are based in the United States, information you send us is transferred to and processed in the US. Where a transfer of personal data from the EU/EEA requires a safeguard, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
We protect data in transit and at rest with industry-standard encryption.
Your rights — GDPR (Arts. 15–22 DSGVO)
If you are located in the EU/EEA or Germany, you have the right to: access your personal data (Art. 15), rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16), erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). German users may also invoke § 25 TDDDG regarding cookies and electronic communications. We use only strictly necessary functional data — no consent banner is required.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@0101technology.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., the BfDI for German residents).
California residents — CCPA
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact us at privacy@0101technology.com.
Children
This site and our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact privacy@0101technology.com and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
We build privacy-spec software
If your product must comply with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, or industry-specific privacy frameworks, we design the architecture to meet those requirements from the ground up — not as a retrofit. That means data residency controls, field-level encryption, consent flows, audit trails, and right-to-erasure pipelines built into the core data model, not bolted on later.
Tell us your compliance target and we'll scope a privacy-first architecture that satisfies your legal team and ships on time.
Let us build software
for you.
Get help solving business challenges, untangling legacy or vibecoded software, even advancing your own LLM and AI research.
